Florentine Artichoke Dip
Made this for a potluck and it was a hit. I skipped the lemon juice, because I didn't have any, added a 1/4 cup of sour cream and real shredded parmesan cheese. I used two cloves of garlic instead of the three and the dip had plenty of garlic "punch". Maybe if my family is really nice, I'll make it for them.
