Spring Lime Tea Cookies
Very light cookies. I used condensed milk and water, as i didn't have fresh milk at home.

Best Lemonade Ever
I got a cup of juice out of 3 limes and 2 lemons. Made simple syrup in a microwave oven. Definitely a keeper!

Thai Steamed Mussels
Fantastic! I used clams instead of mussels and me and my guests loved them! I used curry powder as I didn't have curry paste
