Grandma's Corn Bread Dressing
This recipe is 100% kid-approved!! :-)I am still amazed that my daughter ate at least five helpings of this dressing. My little picky eater told me that I need to make this more often. That makes a mother proud. The only thing I am going to do differently next time is use less sage. I had read comments about the sage usage but I didn't clearly understand until I actually tasted it. It is a bit strong. I don't want it to overpower the celery and onion. Oh, and another thing I did was use Vegetable broth instead of chicken broth since I am vegetarian. I was kind of worried that it wouldn't taste good but it was delicious. Thanks for this wonderful recipe.
