Egg Salad I
WOW! I just made this for the first time and it was spectacular. It was full of flavor and combined terrifically with the rye bread I served it on. This will definitely be a favorite.

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon
I used about half as much Dijon and found the flavor to be amazing. As another rater said, the salmon was a bit mushy, so I'll try broiling next time. All in all, very flavorful and delicious, and I'll definitely make this recipe again.
