Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter

We used this with some nice ribeye's we got for Father's Day. It was such a treat and My dad said it was his favorite steak he'd eaten! We also use a little bit of sea salt and pepper.

Sauteed Apples

A little sweet, but my own fault because I did not have granny smith apples on hand and used Fuji. Add nutmeg- so yummy!
