This was simply amazing. I was very generous with all the spices and made 1 9x5 loaf and 12 muffins (I didn't have small loaf pans)! I followed it to a T. Next time I might cut some of the oil because I found it a little too greasy for my taste - a tiny bit of grease soaked through my cupcakes liners to my cupcake pan. I'm not sure if this is normal as this is my first time using my cupcake pan in over a year. Simply delicious. It is definitely a keeper.

Absolutely perfect. I followed this recipe to a T and nothing went wrong. It's so easy to make and it tastes absolutely delicious. It is so moist and has the perfect sweetness balance to it. I will most definitely make it again. and again and again and again!

I made the Icing only, not the cake. The icing was so easy to make! And it tasted absolutely DELICIOUS. I will definitely use this icing recipe again. Do not beat it for 3 minutes and don't let it cool for too long! (2 minutes or 1.5 is good enough) - it will be way too thick to spread and it will not pour out of the saucepan.
