Easy Meat Loaf
I make it with 1 1/2 lbs of ground beef and leave everything else the same. It tastes just as good and it doesn't fall apart as much.

Grilled Leftover Ham and Pineapple Sandwiches
These are SO good! Next time I might use pineapple tidbits to make it easier to eat. I will be making these every time I have leftover ham.
