Penne Pasta with Peppers
I added chicken and some extra spices that made it more flavorful and more balanced.

Pork Chops with Onions and Apples
Too much pepper in the rub for the pork chops; the tart apples would've been perfect, but I used sweet apples. I thought the brown sugar was too sweet, so I added apple cidar vinegar.
