I have been "elected" to bring this salad to every family dinner for the past 10 years! This is everyone's favorite.

I made this for Easter and my 7 year old daughter thought it was dessert. Only changes I made were that I used 2 29 oz. cans of sweet potatoes instead of fresh and I used brown sugar instead of white sugar. And since my Mom is allergic to gluten I omitted the flour in the topping. Absolutely delicious!!
