I grew up in WA and after being married to the USAF for 20 years my hubby & I now reside in AZ. I enjoy 5 grandangels (4g,1b) who live around the country. I love reading new recipes and trying a little spice to liven things up. We grill and eat a lot of fresh vegetables, trying to watch the calories, but there is nothing better than chocolate! I also love to take pictures of nature and all my grandangels. I enjoy making my own cassaroles, stews, or lasagna from scratch and baking almost anything. I tend to change recipes now that I have learned more of what goes together through trial and error. Rarely does anything I make go uneaten. Christmas cookies and candies. We make all of our holiday goodies from scratch. Several cookies, old fashion fudge, peanut clusters, and fruit breads, to name a few.
