Baked Chicken Amandine
This was a very easy dinner to prepare. The mellow flavors will comfort any guest you may have over. I shared this with my mom for her picky eater friends. This will be made many more times in my home. Thank you!

Smothered Beef Short Ribs
I have made this recipes twice and plan on making it many more times. The flavors are fantastic and the gravy it makes is wonderful. The meat becomes so tender. This recipe takes an inexpensive type of meat and turns it into a delicacy.

Monkey Meat
A funny name for such a yummy dinner! You can cut down the prep time by using a large chopper. I only used one of annaheim, one of the poblano, one can of jalapenos and 7 dried chilis. The spice is nice as it adds flavor but doesn't overwhelm the dish as just hot. I used a sirloin steak as it is what we had on hand. Thank you for this recipe!
