Nanny's Spaghetti Sauce

This is very close to my own recipe, so I thought I would give it a try. I did replace the oregano with basil because my family prefers basil, but it turned out very well.

Very good recipe. I made them exactly as written and now I'm going to try some of the other reviewer suggestions, except for vanilla which I believe makes pancakes taste too much like "cake". I'm gald to have found a good from-scratch recipe.

Granny's Brownies

I'm sorry but I can only give this 2 stars because there was definitely something wrong with the temperature or baking time or something. My first mistake was to forego reading the reviews and I would have found out it was an issue. I will make again using reviewer suggestions and re-rate if the result is better.

Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches

Outstanding recipe. We have only had deli corned beef and this was my first time making it at home. We all agreed this was far better tasting and more tender than anything I have ever bought at the deli. My next experience will be using this recipe to make a full Irish meal of cabbage and potatoes cooked in the broth. Thank you very much.
