Irish Lamb Stew
Have made this recipe the past three years for St. Patricks day and it has always been excellent. I have tried putting lots of black pepper, a moderate amount of black pepper, and the called for amount of black pepper and all three came out great; although the batch with a lot of black pepper was very potent so be careful. I have not had anyone who has tried it say they don't like it.
