Cream Cheese Macadamia Cookies
I am big fan of cream cheese and these ROCK! They are not too sweet and might even remind you of a shortbread with a slight tang. My girl took just a few back to college and told me her frinds couldn't stop talking about them. THANKS, Miss Lillie!

Italian Cream Cheese and Ricotta Cheesecake
this was awesome! I literally lost sleep knowing I had this in the fridge so I just gave in and ate it at 5 AM. Just went to Wallyworld so I can make it again!
