Butter Cream Frosting I
This was a pretty solid buttercream recipe. I only used 3 cups of sugar and more milk than it called for. I also added lemon zest for a little extra flavor. I frosted an angel food cake recipe (heavenly angel food cake) I found here and it was delicious.

Heavenly Angel Food Cake
I couldnt remember the last time I had angel food cake, let alone baked one! I decided to try this recipe out and was completely surprised. It was so light, delicious, and easy to make! My only set back was folding in flour. I used my Kitchenaid standmixer to make the cake and decided to just turn it on low when folding in the flour. It seemed to deflate the egg whites slightly. Next time I will do it by hand. The cake still turned out great!

Red Pepper Vinaigrette
This is such a delicious recipe. Its so fresh and light! It also keeps pretty well which is a plus. I add a little garlic and some parsley for some extra flavor. One of my new all time favorites!
