Heavenly Angel Food Cake
I couldnt remember the last time I had angel food cake, let alone baked one! I decided to try this recipe out and was completely surprised. It was so light, delicious, and easy to make! My only set back was folding in flour. I used my Kitchenaid standmixer to make the cake and decided to just turn it on low when folding in the flour. It seemed to deflate the egg whites slightly. Next time I will do it by hand. The cake still turned out great!
