Spanish Flan
How to clean pot after caramel: fill the pot with water (3/4 of the way or so) put some dish washing soap, and bring to a boil. Stick spoon (or utensil) used for caramel inside. Once boiling, gently scrape caramel off of utensil. Pot remains unscratched and you can actually see your spoon once again. I changed a couple things, for one 4 eggs. Secondly, put into a water bath in the oven. Amazing flan everyone wanted the recipe.

Basic Quiche by Shelly
Wow this quiche is so simple and flexible. It was amazing. Gone within 10 minutes. I used 5 eggs and 1 1/2 cups of the half and half. It was truly perfect.

Basic Flaky Pie Crust
Great basic recipe. I used my hands (clean of course) to mix it all in, this seemed to make it much easier to mix. Used it with a quiche it was the perfect pairing. I cooked it for 10 minutes before at 325 and once my quiche was done my crust was not burned.
