Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
easy simple recipe! very good - make sure you put your dough in the fridge for at least an hour before baking! that is very important! I didn't change the recipe a bit other than adding some skor bits to my batter.. I used 1/4 cup to scoop my batter - the cookies turned out amazing, baked exactly 13 mins at 325.. make sure to let cool on cookie sheet for a few mins before transferring to cooling rack then cool completely :-)

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies
mmm very good! only changes made like others added 1 cup white sugar 1 cup brown - and before mixing in chocolate chips I mixed them in a little flour to prevent them from sinking to the bottom while baking.. baked at 350 for 25 mins..perfect :)

Mini Cheesecakes I
very yummy :) made this with my sister - super easy recipe! I made sure the cream cheese and eggs were at room temp (keep it out on the counter at least 4 hours)- once it was at room temp we mixed the cream cheese til there were no lumps and added the sugar - 2 eggs (one at a time - make sure it is well incorporated before adding the second egg) then added the rest of the ingredients.. we made sure not to overmix.. for the crust I used 1.5 cups of crushed graham crackers,1/4 cup of melted butter, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and a little nutmeg .. baked in a waterbath at 350 for 18 minutes..turned the oven off and let cool in the oven for 10 minutes - then cooled on the counter until fully cool and refrigerate for a few hrs or overnight!
