Sara's Pumpkin Pie
I doubled the spices and used brown sugar instead of white. It was fantastic! It looked a little liquid-y when it came out of the oven but, after giving it a few minutes to set, it was perfect. Not a single crack, and it set all the way through. Delicious!

Cappuccino Cake with Mocha Frosting
Delicious! I used espresso that I made myself instead of the called for instant coffee. Next time I will use more espresso and less cocoa powder, but it still turned out wonderful. Everyone loved it and it was really easy to make!
