I'm a young teacher living in Northern BC. Recently started cooking as a hobby for my whole family! I graduated with a degree in History from SFU, and I currently student teach high school Social Studies and History, with a little English thrown in for variety. I love to write, read, and experiment with new recipes (especially on my unsuspecting husband). I'm all about big family meals that use fresh ingredients. I also love to bake, especially small treats like cookies. Rice pudding, split pea soup, roast beef and yorkshire puddings, Guinness stew.
