Hearty Harvest and Ham Stew

Just made this for supper on this cold rainy day with homemade bread and it was wonderful! I used all ingredients the recipe called for but had to add a little more water. Still have spinach & cabbage in the garden so that worked out well. Do not leave out the caraway seed, it really gave it a wonderful flavor. Will definately make again!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

These are awesome! I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out great-soft and chewy. I think I might use a little less chocolate chips next time. A glass of milk is a must have with these!

Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

Yummy! I used frozen peas and only 1 tsp. of basil in the biscuits because I was worried it might be too much for our taste. As for the biscuits I followed the recipe on the Bisquick box which calls for 2 1/4 cups mix and just dropped the biscuits on top. It made 9 biscuits which covered the top just right. Very easy & delicious. Great meal on a cool day. Thanks!
