Country Turkey Casserole
I tried this last night with leftover turkey. For the vegetables I cooked some fresh carrots & opened a can of greenbeans. I followed the recipe exactly and my family liked it a lot. The only thing I would do differently next time it to make more stuffing for the top. The topping was pretty skimpy and next time I will double the amount. I think it would also be good with the addition of a little tarragon. It was quick and easy and a comforting meal for a cool evening.

Chocolate Waffles I
Followed the recipe exactly & they turned out very well..made 3 7in. round waffles. I would describe the texture as more pancake like but my kids loved them. I made the hard sauce which is basically an icing & they loved it. I would try them with strawberries & whipped cream next time. Very easy recipe & I will be making these again.

Hearty Harvest and Ham Stew
Just made this for supper on this cold rainy day with homemade bread and it was wonderful! I used all ingredients the recipe called for but had to add a little more water. Still have spinach & cabbage in the garden so that worked out well. Do not leave out the caraway seed, it really gave it a wonderful flavor. Will definately make again!
