This recipe was delicious..especially the sauce. I baked this following the advice of others who rated this recipe. Baked at 350 for 10 mins (however I think I would cook a couple of mins longer) then broil for 5 mins. This melts the Parmesan cheese and the end result is really good.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

This is a great recipe made just the way it is. I made it with a frozen (unbaked) pie shell and a pillsbury roll out refrigerated pie crust for the top crust..follwed the recipe exactly...and it was delicious - good comfort food.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

This recipe was delicious! served it on fresh Kaiser rolls... we used the Jack Daniel's barbeque sauce and Paul Newman's family recipe Italian dressing.

Ground Beef Quiche

This was tasty, but if I made it again I would use Bob Evans savory bulk sausage and skip the oregano and just use cheddar cheese....great with a side of salad.

Seven Layer Dip I

Great dip for parties or get togethers. The only thing I changed was I added taco seasoning when cooking the meat...it gave it a little zip! You can also use ground turkey and reduced fat refried beans for a lighter dish.

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

We had this for company and they loved it!! It was delicious, flavorful and the meat is very tender. The sauce is really good! It's best to use shallots, because they tend to have a much milder taste than onions and a meat thermometer..so you can gauge just how well done you want your meat.

Cincinnati Chili I
