ABSOLUTELY THE BEST.!!!!!!I HAD GIVEN UP ON FRYING CHICKEN,BUT HAD 1O LBS. OF CHICKEN LEGS TO USE UP,SO FIGURED I WOULD GIVE IT A TRY.ADDED EXTRA SPICES OF COURSE AND DOUBLE BREADED(which i dont think would have been necessary,it was so crispy) SO MOIST AND JUICY AND NONE OF THE BREADING CAME OFF.FOLLOW RECIPE ADDING SPICES TO YOUR TASTE AND YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE COOKING TIPS.NO MORE DELI CHICKEN FOR ME

Slow Cooker Enchiladas

made this on the spur of the moment.used an 11x13 baking dish and cooked in the oven.was fabulous!!!! super easy and quick .will definitely make again.think it would be delicious using shredded chicken

Banana Crumb Muffins

these are super.makes 10 large muffins that look like they came from a bakery.the topping is "THE BEST PART!!!" i also add 1tsp.vanilla.looks like alot,but make sure to use all the topping

Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

i doubled the recipe.only had 3 eggs and had to use imitation vanilla and regular shortening.i do not eat cookies and i literally could not stop eating them.my husband works graveyard and he chewed me out the next morning for putting a plate out for him.he said he couldnt stop eating them either. will pass this on to all my family.thank you.

London Broil II

made london broil for my first time using this marinade.the smell was so fabulous.and the taste was even better.after smelling it all day i knew i had to make an extra batch to brush on as i was broiling it. .glad i did. i usually make my husband expensive steaks and this is the only one he ever said "MMMMMMM, what kind is this?" i even made a batch just so my daughter could smell it.will never make a steak without it again.
