Ground Beef a la King
Good, easy, one dish dinner. Omitted tomato paste. Used ground turkey/chicken, chicken broth and white wine instead of red. About 1/2t each of poultry seasoning and parsley instead of tarragon. Puff pastry shells could have ANYTHING in them and be scrumptious. I love them!

Fresh Broccoli Salad
Used chopped cashews instead of almonds and red wine vinegar instead of white, cause that's what I had. Forgot to par boil the broccoli as I originally wanted as per a previous reviewer's suggestion, but it was still magnificent! I will definitely make this again! I made a little batch on the side with turkey bacon for my boyfriend that doesn't eat pork and it was good as well! Great recipe! Dressing is perfect!

Baked Potato Skins
Made these for munching during the playoff games yesterday.....they were a big hit.....I made some with turkey bacon for my boyfriend that doesn't eat pork and those were great as well. All but 2 were gone and I made 14! You'll use every bit of cheddar cheese, so plan on having a little extra. Using a melon baller as a previous reviewer suggested is a great tip. Make sure not to take out too much of the potato. The 1st couple I did, I made too thin and they didn't want to hold during baking as well. Basting with the oil and baking on both sides is very important as it make the skins nice and crispy on top! Great recipe! Will definitely make again.
