Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
I read the other reviews and I, too, changed it up a bit. I used Knorr's Vegetable Soup mix, 'cause that's what I had and I added a little wine and a little chicken broth(about 1/4 cup of each) to the mix in the crock pot. Then when I got home and the mixture in the crock pot was done, I sauteed up some fresh sliced mushrooms in a little olive oil and wine....I added cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken to the crock pot mixture.....added only 4 oz of cream cheese and when the mushrooms were done I tossed those in and mixed it until it was all creamy, hot and mixed....then served it over hot, buttered noodles. Very good!

Ambrosia Salad II
Used walnuts instead of pecans, used 1/2 whipped topping and 1/2 sour cream, and added a can of fruit cocktail....excellent!! Don't see ambrosia salad with bananas in it....this is yummy!

Spinach Tomato Tortellini
I made this and added the sausage (chicken sausage specifically)as the 'most useful' reviewer did and it was excellent! Definitely a keeper!
