Grandma's Corn Pudding
This recipe is fantastic! I only added four eggs after reading the reviews, and at first i thought that the consistency was like undercooked scrambled eggs, but then i tasted it and it was amazing!! I enjoyed the crispy edges immensely. It reminded me of a cheesy cornbread recipe that I made once. Top it with reduced fat Breakstone's sour cream and you're in business! I would definitely make this again! Thanks, Lisa!

Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
This recipe is soooooo good! I combined the flour/cornstarch mixture and the breadcrumb mixture and it did not affect the final product. I used Polly-O part skim mozzarella string cheese (9 sticks) and cut them in half to make 18 mozzarella sticks. I dipped them into the egg wash, then the breadcrumbs, the egg wash, and then the breadcrumbs again. Then I froze them for 20 minutes. Instead of deep-frying them, I put a few tablespoons of olive oil into a pan and pan-fried them. None of the cheese oozed out and the ending result was DEFINITELY restaurant-quality. Thanks!
