Rice Pudding IV
Excellent rice pudding! I assumed that 1 cup of water was needed to boil with the uncooked rice. We liked the hint of maple, and the custard was perfect - not dry or watery, and just the right sweetness.

Lime Chicken and Mushroom Pasta
Great recipe for company! Tasty and colorful too. The second time I tried it I broiled the chicken separately before cutting it up, and added more olive oil when mixing with the pasta.
