These are delicious chilled. I'm going to have to make more because my family is absolutely nuts about them. I followed the recipe exactly as it is - perfect!

Yummy and moist. I used half whole wheat flour and half white flour and apple sauce instead of oil. They're a hit even without the frosting.

I really enjoyed these cookies and so did my family. The only thing I changed was that I halved all the ingredients because I had a shortage of peanut butter on hand. I baked them at 190 degrees celcius for 9 minutes and they were perfect!! I didn't have the problem of the dough being too thin because I refigerated the dough for 90 minutes and between batches I put the dough back into the refrigerator.
