Melissa's Turkey Meatloaf
Surprisingly a great meal! I did add a little more bread crumbs and omitted the milk because the mixture felt very moist. Even my son liked this turkey loaf! Very Impressive!

Butternut, Apple and Yogurt Soup
very good!!! added a heaping tablespoon of brown sugar after taste testing to round out flavor..excellent fall soup! definitely on my list of winter soups, then again it would make an excellent chilled soup:)will definitely repeat this recipe.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts
All I changed was substituting greek nonfat yogurt for mayo and adding a couple tablespoons of sun dried tomatoes and about 1/4 cup of seasoned bread crumbs for binding. Awesome taste and my son actually complimented me on this dish. I did cook uncovered in a deep dish stone bake ware for about 45 minutes and broil for 5 minutes to crisp bacon. very tasty and easy
