Burgundy Pork Tenderloin
I made this hoping for a really amazing dish, but was disappointed. The sauce was INCREDIBLY salty, so much so that I had to nearly a cup of cream to make it edible. I know I didn't mix up the salt amounts either. The pork was pretty juicy, but the sauce was nothing to write home about.
