Streusel Topped Blueberry Muffins

These are great--not too sweet and easy to make. The streusel topping is just right.

These taste really good. I might press the batter out into a larger pan to make thinner, crispier bars but as is they came out great. I used a piece of wax paper to press the batter into the pan--it worked great. These were super quick to mix up and get in the oven--gotta love that!

Mulligatawny Soup I

This was SO tasty! The only thing I did differently was to use an immersion blender before adding the chicken to blend all the vegetables. Otherwise, I followed the recipe as written and it was delicious!
