Italian Dressing Mix
This recipe is excellent! The dressing mix tastes a lot better than the prepackaged store kind. It's really great on thinly sliced cucumbers with a little sliced onions.

Streusel Topped Blueberry Muffins
These are great--not too sweet and easy to make. The streusel topping is just right.

Playgroup Granola Bars
These taste really good. I might press the batter out into a larger pan to make thinner, crispier bars but as is they came out great. I used a piece of wax paper to press the batter into the pan--it worked great. These were super quick to mix up and get in the oven--gotta love that!
