Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce
I too added more ckn broth and mushrooms and did it in a deep pan right on the stove! while the oil was heating i added garlic cloves and seasoned the ckn w/ garlic powder and pepper than added my lemon! It turnt out great!

Cordon Bleu Chicken Rolls
Best Chicken Cordon Bleu I've ever made! The only thing I did different was use bread crumbs instead of cereal.. and seasoned w/ garlic powder and parm cheese. For the sauce I added 2 table spoons of mustard to give it a kick! It was GREAT.
