Souvlaki
Although there are 500+ ratings of this insane recipe already, I'm adding my rave review because I think this is my favorite dish of the whole summer!! I thought the pork would be dry and tough (like it always seems to turn out for me) but it was beautifully tender from the grill! I followed our Greek reviewer on here and opted out of using the soy sauce. I splashed a little red wine vinegar in instead. MY FAVORITE!!!! Thank you Abby!

Shrimp with Penne and Squash
This is a GREAT base recipe! For those who thought it was bland, try adding a whole onion, a few cloves of garlic, double the spices and some black pepper. We did this and it was restaurant quality. I also stirred in chunks of mozzarella cheese at the end and the way it melts gave a delicious texture to the dish. So with these adjustments, its a 5-star! Thanks Grumpy's!

Easy Peach Cobbler
The cream cheese in this recipe makes ALL the difference! I've tried it with only butter, and it is definitely sub-par. I used Neufchatel cheese, to subdue my healthy conscious. What an indulgence serving it ala mode....SO GOOD!
