Turkey Tetrazzini II
I think this one is a keeper. I cut everything in half and added some fresh mushrooms that I sauted in butter and garlic along with a dash of white pepper and garlic powder. I only cooked my for 30 minutes and it was very thick however there is a possibility that I may have cooked the sauce too long on the stove top. Thanks for a great recipe using all things that I had on hand. I will definitely add this to the collection for things to make with leftover Thanksgiving turkey.

Sweet 'N' Sour Pork Chops
This was really great. I prepared exactly as written with the exception of I added salt and pepper to the chops before I put them in the pan and I didn't need the cornstarch. The flavor was different but very good. My husband said he would give it only 4 stars but provided no reasons why so a 5 star recipe it is:)

Key Lime Pie
This was great. I had minimal ingredients and a friend coming over for a cocktail and it was a hit. Now I have a reason to buy vanilla extract in bulk. Thanks for a simple easy recipe. I didn't have any limes so I did without but I would only imagine that it would make it better. They definitely go down a little too easy but considering the vodka to limeaid ratio I knew what I was getting myself into.
