Thai Quivering Tenderloins

Very Good!!! I used this recipe on chicken breast and it turned out GREAT! I didn't have fresh ginger or cilantro so I added dried cilantro and ginger instead to taste. I served it with coconut rice which really rounded up the whole thing! I will make this again!

This dip is FANTASTIC! I use the baked variation and add about 1 cup of Parmesan cheese to the cream cheese mixture and then a coating of Parmesan cheese on top. So so so yummy!!!!

Very good! We were out of potatoes & onions so I added 2C of frozen hash browns & 1C of broccoli. Ended up MUCH better than expected!!

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2009
Delicious!! I also modified the recipe quite a bit. I used 1 egg, an extra 1/2C flour, and 1 tsp baking powder as advised by others. The dough was still too sticky to work with so I just kept working the dough with more flour until it didn't stick to my hands. I baked the crust @ 400 for 6 minutes, added toppings (tomato sauce, mozz, olives, frozen broccoli florets on one half, mozz & pepperoni on the other), and cooked it for 8 minutes and then broiled for just over a minute. DELISH!!

Chicken Egg Pie

This was awesome!! I didn't have the ham or bacon so I substituted it with a little more than 1 c broccoli, 1/3 cup onion, a clove of garlic minced, a dash of parsley and 5 eggs instead of 4 with a little extra milk. I brought it to a brunch and it was gone with people wanting more!! I had several ladies request the recipe :)

Tangy Honey Glazed Ham

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2009
This was delicious! I had 1 small turkey ham, and 2 small boneless hams. I used the full recipe for the sauce. I only cooked the hams and turkey for 1.5 hours. The only change I made was using orange juice instead of the juiced orange as others advised. I still used the orange zest though. I put whole pineapples and cherries around the top of each one. What a hit!!
