These were delicious

All I do is search for a good apple crisp recipe. I used regular rolled oats in this, they did not cook, the apples didn't cook, I had to put this back in the oven for another 40 min & drenched it in apple juice, then it was ediable, I'm not sure how everyone else's came out so good. Once it was thoroughly cooked it was tasty, but what a disaster.
