Nicole's Avocado Dip
Great idea with the cottage cheese. I loved the dip. Substituted 4 Tbsp medium salsa for the chilies though. We aren't a spicy family! Enjoyed it with the Meatiest Vegetarian Chili for the slow cooker recipe and some tortillas chips as a nacho style dinner. It was great and my 9 year old asked is we could have this dinner every Friday night!

Banana Banana Bread
I love this recipe. I use it all the time. Nice and moist and VERY easy!

Herbed Potato Soup
OMG! Fantastic! I added 1/2 cup chicken broth because I found that my potatoes boiled dry (I probably left them on too high) and then topped each bowl with a little bit of shredded old cheddar. Can't wait to make more. Next time I'm going try adding garlic. EASY EASY recipe. Thank you!
