I am a 23 year old Navy wife and mother of two. I have the privelege of being a stay-at-home mom and I LOVE cooking! I am always looking for new recipes to try and ways to save money doing it! Enchiladas.. I actually got the recipe I used the first time on this website and have since tweaked it to be my own. People are always complimenting them and asking me to make them again =) Baking Christmas/holiday desserts with my children. They're finally old enough to help out, and we have a great time! My first Thanksgiving turkey!! Who knew it would be so easy?! =)
