Simple Sugar Cookies
OMG!! it was so good! but instead of shortening we used butter and instead of lemon extract we used vanilla extract and then added real lemon juice. We also doubled the recipe.

Blender Chocolate Mousse
very rich! my first time making mousse and I think i let it cool for too long (we were late and served dessert about 2 hours later. still yummy.

Oyako Donburi
After cooking alot of the liquid evaporated and I added an extra cup of broth towards the end. This was big enough for 2 hearty servings and so I only ended up using one egg. Overall, it was a completely new taste to me but I really enjoyed it and will most certainly make again!
