A-Maize-ing Corn Chowder
EXCELLENT! I used condensed milk instead and my family loved it...but it was a little sweet for me...next time I will try one cup of cream instead of the condensed milk. Otherwise, this was wonderful. Bravo Sunnybyrd!

Best Tuna Casserole
I used one can of cream of mushroom and one cream of celery. I added milk, as it was looking dry, like others suggested. I used good tuna, good frozen peas, Lay's potatoe chips. No onions or mushrooms, but added onion powder and garlic salt. I hated it. It was very fishy, my husband liked it, but thought the cheese was too hard on top (I didnt burn it). Our company added more cheese while eating it and salt and pepper. I guess I am too snobby for Tuna Casserole, my mother and grandmother never made it, now I see why...

Grandma's Meat Sauce
The men in my family loved it...I think it was a bit too thick with all the meat. Although, I did not puree it. The flavor was very good. I think next time I will use less meat. But, still yummy!
