Honey-Oat Pan Rolls

They were great! Family loved them. I followed directions except I proofed the yeast in 1/2 cup of water and dissolved butter/honey mixture in other half cup.

Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze

This was wonderful, destined to be a family tradition. It is really great with sweet potatoes placed around the roast. It turned my sweet potato hating husband into a number one fan.

Smokin' Scovilles Turkey Chili

This is a really good chili recipe. The only thing that I did different is that I left out the habaneros and the hot sauce. It was plenty hot without it.
