I think this casserol is a good idea for your leftover Thanksgiving turkey, however, do NOT put the casserol under the broiler for 5 minutes at the end. I only did it for 2 minutes and it burnt the top of the casserol. Make sure the broiler is on low and watch it while you have the casserol broiling. Otherwise, I thought the casserol was a little dry and could be a little creamier.

This fruit dip is an A++ in my book! It is so yummy, easy and everyone loves it. I use strawberry cream cheese, marshmallow cream, 1/4 cup of whip cream and 1 tsp. of vanilla. I serve it with green apple slices and strawberries. Delicious!!!
