I also enjoy golfing and woodworking. My wife and I love to vacation in Marco Island Florida. We try to go once a year. Since she married me she has become somewhat of a spots fan. I love the fact that she tries to enjoy the things I do or enjoy. I love her for that. I just replaced my 22" Weber with a 26.75" Weber grill. It is one big grill. I can't wait to break it in. I love making my recipe for pot roast. My family enjoyed it so much I had to make it twice in one week. I have always enjoyed cooking. I always used to help my Italian mom make pasta from her moms recipe. I love grilling turkey on the Weber grill. Lasagne, Pot Roast, chicken tacos, cinnamon rolls, but my best was slow cooking a Prime Rib on the grill. On one of my vacations in Florida, I wanted to grill a turkey for Thanksgiving but I didn't have the correct charcoal grill. I attempted to use a gas grill with coals and ended up burning the bird. It was pretty burnt up on the outside. My uncle Sam thought it was the funniest thing that ever happened. At least I was able to make my uncle laugh. We were able to save some of the bird but I guess I learned a lesson.
