Caribbean Cruise Stuffed French Toast
My family loved this. I used peaches instead of pineapple so the filling was 'peaches and cream'. No need for the preserves on top, I just diced more fresh peaches and dusted with powdered sugar. This was surprisingly easy to make.

Virginia Apple Pudding
Beware: This is one of those recipes where you can eat the whole pan by yourself, ha-ha. I loved it!

Frog Cupcakes
I've never had people rave about a dessert as much as this one. I made them for kids, but the adults are just as crazy about them.
