Cream Cheese Cookie Cups
One batch of these is not enough...my batch was gone in about 10 minutes....very yummy. I did add a few semi-sweet chocolate chips to the top of each for a prettier presentation!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This recipe was DELICIOUS!!! My husband absolutely LOVED it!! I followed the recipe exactly. I will DEFINITELY make this again!

Chocolate Wafer Roll
This recipe is a classic that my mother used to make when I was a child! I did change my recipe a little bit though, because I just used a tub of cool whip and then added vanilla extract. It turned out fantastic! I will be making this again and again!
