Just made this for a party I was hosting. It was a huge hit. However the dip was very soft, so when I tried to roll it in the pecans they sank into the cheeseball. Next time I will let the cheeseball set in the fridge for a bit and then roll in the pecans. It did look like a hot mess when I was done, but was very yummy.

I made this salsa this past weeken', It was a hit. I did tweek the recipe a bit based on other reviews. I am taking the salsa to a party this coming up weeken', it adds something a little fresh to the table. Yummy!!

I made these this past weeken' for a party I was hosting, my husband assembled the balls, I think they were a little to large, because they took forever to cook, then I think they were a little overcooked. Even so, the guest loved them and made several comments on how tastey they were. I did read several of the other reviews and made a few changes to the original recipe, added egg-2 and did add 1/4 cup of milk. The reviews are a great way to tweek the original recipe.
