This white chili is delicious! I also took some of the other reviews and applied them to this recipe. I used 2 cans of chicken broth instead of 3, used a 1/2 jar of medium salsa in place of green chiles, pureed 2 additional cans of beans for added thickness, and 5 additional cups of cheese. I then topped it with sour cream and green onions. Wonderful! I'm making this recipe for the 5th time now!

This recipe was excellent! I added a little bit of honey to the mixture. I'm going to try mixing half white sugar and half brown sugar to the mix. This over very well during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Everyone was begging for more! My father in law actually hoarded most of them during Christmas last year!

This recipe tastes very close to the one my grandma used to make. I loved it! I, too, will double the sauce for next time. It didn't make enough to generously coat all of the potatoes. I am looking forward to making this again! Thank you!
