Chunky Cheesecake Brownies

I've definately had better brownies. I had trouble swirling the layers and getting the nice marbled look, I don't know what I did wrong. This is the first recipe I've had trouble with. Weird, brownies seems like a no-brainer.

Heavenly Chocolate Mousse

Everyone LOVES this, they all said it is just as good as the mouuse they've had in fancy restaurants. Easy to make too, I didn't have a thermometer or anything.

Good, not exceptional. On the plus side it's very easy to put together and I think it would be a fun and safe (no oven) treat for kids to help make.

So good. It was unlike any roll I have ever had but in a great way. One of my absolute favorites now. This recipe is exceptional. Everyone at my luau was raving about these. I agree less sugar though.

Grilled Leftover Ham and Pineapple Sandwiches

I love ham and I love pineapple but I felt that some flavor or spice was missing in this recipe. Bland in some way, I wish I could put my finger on what would make this better.A lot of people at the party asked for this recipe, though, so it was well received.

Special Buttercream Frosting

Exceptional. I used it to do the fancy frosting swirls on top of cupcakes. I did the coconut cream pound cake as cupcakes and frosted with this but instead of vanilla extract in the frosting I used coconut extract and it was AMAZING.

Coconut Cream Pound Cake

This cake is phenomenal. I did cupcakes and it made about 30-36. Fill the baking cups about 3/4 full of batter and bake for 20 minutes at 350. My favortie cake EVER! I frosted with the special buttercream recipe from this site and instead of using vanilla extract in the frosting I used coconut extract. SO SO GOOD.

THE BEST COOKIES EVER!!! I would give these a 10 if it were an option. These are impossible to stop eating, and when not eating them I find it impossible to stop thinking about eating them. Yum Yum!

Ricotta Gnocchi

This was really good, though I think I would use my own sauce next time instead of using the one in this recipe. The texture was not the same as traditional potato gnocchi that I've had, this is more dense, but the flavor was really good. Very time consuming to make but a nice fancy meal.

I wish I had never discovered this recipe. It is so easy, so delicious, and completely irresistable! Murder on my diet! Also good made with white chocolate chips, very rich. I actually think this tastes better with white chocolate chips.
