I'm a college student living in an apartment with a teeny tiny kitchen. I love traveling, camping, running, but above all, I love cooking (hence, the running). Anything Mexican or Italian, Seafood. Pasta is my one true love. Other favorites include pound cakes, cobblers, and pastries. Thanksgiving and Christmans of course! I'm always cooking for my friends and roommates, testing recipes, and trying out different versions of recipes. My cooking triumphs are when my friends ask me to make a certain dish or cake for them again. I'm surprised my rommates haven't kicked me out yet. I have started small kitchen fires three times...oops.
