Chicken Tortilla Soup V
This was so good that I made it again the next night. I did what a previous reviewer suggested & boiled the chicken first, let it cool & shredded it. One of my favorite recipes ever. Thanks Betty!

Whitechapel Shepherd's Pie

Hot and Spicy Tofu
I loved this recipe. The sauce will thicken, trust me. Don't change a thing about it or add a bunch of unnecessary garbage.
