I love relaxing outdoors, especially around the pool in the CO sun soaking up the rays. I enjoy running and religiously going to the gym (even if it requires me going at 5 am!). In short, I'm a health freak-ish. The perfect day = gym + sunbathing + hanging with friends and family + cookout + night concerts. I mean, honestly, can you get any better than that?? I love shopping just like any other girl and doing those girly things, but I can hold my own with the guys as well (and I'm darn proud of it!) ...oh, and I'm currently in school focusing on finance and economics (note the addition problem- quite fitting, huh?) Anything healthy, quick, and edible... oh, and on the grill... and the occasional girls night and the numerous batches of baked goods we'll whip out (my friends are baking PROS!) I'm trying to get back into gluten-free eating again, just as a side note. Summer BBQs and cookouts, especially roasting marshmallows over the chiminea and later finding out you burned a hole in the deck, etc. My fondest food memories come from the summer since I'm a summer girl 100%, so fresh summer fruit and 4th of July dishes really get me excited. NOT burning myself Burns and cuts with the scars to prove it
